Shipping Policy – Kaladri

At Kaladri, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Please note: These are estimated timelines. Deliveries may be delayed due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen reasons.

2. Shipping Timelines (India Only)

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders within India – no minimum order value required.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If you request a return or refund, a flat ₹150 logistics fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit to cover reverse pickup and handling.

  • This fee is applicable per order, not per item.

  • If you opt for an exchange, the ₹150 fee will also be applicable.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can track the real-time status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • Customers must ensure the correct shipping address, pin code, and phone number are provided at checkout.

  • If the package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address or customer unavailability, a reshipping fee of ₹150 will apply.

7. Multiple Items in One Order

  • Orders with multiple sarees may be shipped together or in separate parcels depending on availability.

  • Tracking details will be provided for each shipment, if applicable.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • Kaladri is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or regional disruptions.

  • However, our team will always assist you in tracking and expediting your order whenever possible.
