Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Kaladri

At Kaladri, we value your trust and aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Every saree is crafted with care and inspected thoroughly before dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return, exchange, or request a refund. This policy explains how we handle such situations in detail.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A product may be eligible for return/exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Received – If the product delivered does not match your order (style, color, or fabric).

  2. Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is received in a physically damaged condition or has a quality defect.

  3. Product Condition – The item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • In its original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    • Free from perfume, stains, alterations, or any signs of use.

⚠️ Products not meeting the above conditions will be returned to the customer without refund/exchange.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

To maintain product integrity and hygiene, the following categories are non-returnable:

  • Sarees with fall & pico finishing.

  • Sarees with customized blouse stitching or tailoring.

  • Made-to-order or personalized sarees.

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged/defective).

  • Sarees that have been used for photography, functions, or altered in any way.

3. Timeline for Return/Exchange Requests

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return, exchange, or request a refund. This policy explains how we handle such situations in detail.

4. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • After 3 days, no request will be accepted.

  • Returns received after 15 days from approval will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Contact us via:

  • Provide the following details:

    • Order number.

    • Reason for return/exchange.

    • Clear photos/videos of the product highlighting the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not supported in your area, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

  • A charge of 150 rupees will be deducted from the return amount in case of return

6. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Method

    • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method.

    • Cash on Delivery Orders → Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

  2. Refund Timeline

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the product passes our quality check.

  3. Deductions

    • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.

    • If free shipping was availed, the actual shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Partial Refunds may be granted if:

    • The product shows signs of handling not due to our error.

    • Product packaging is missing or damaged.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.

  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear unboxing photos/videos as proof for verification.

  • A replacement/refund will be issued once the issue is confirmed.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

10. Important Notes

  • Kaladri reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

  • Repeated returns from the same customer may lead to refusal of future orders.

  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
