Terms & Conditions – Kaladri

Welcome to Kaladri. By accessing or purchasing from our website, social media pages, or through any other sales channel managed by Kaladri, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website (www.kaladri.in) and all related services.
Kaladri reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Kaladri.
If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color, fabric texture, or embroidery may occur due to photography and screen resolution.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD).
We accept payments via trusted third-party payment gateways. Kaladri is not responsible for any issues arising from gateway failures.
COD is available across select locations and may be subject to limitations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.
Free shipping is offered on all orders.
Delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Other Cities: 5–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Kaladri is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.
Customized products, sarees with fall/pico or blouse stitching, and sale/discounted items are non-returnable.
For approved returns/refunds, a flat ₹150 deduction will be applied to cover reverse logistics.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Kaladri website — including images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and text — is the property of Kaladri.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kaladri is not responsible for:
- Variations in product color/texture due to display differences.
- Delays or failures caused by courier/logistics partners.
- Customer errors in providing shipping details.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal, payment, and shipping details.
Retain proof of delivery and payment for reference.
Ensure proper handling and care of the saree after purchase (refer to care instructions provided).

11. Privacy & Data Use

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and will never sell your personal data. However, your information may be shared with trusted third parties (courier/logistics/payment gateways) to fulfill your order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
In case of disputes, the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
